Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you'd need for a 2-night stay. However, being right above a lively pub with very loud music until 2 am made it hard to rest peacefully.
The rooms, while clean, are very basically furnished above a bar and club, which can be noisy. The service overall is friendly, with the exception of one staff member, offering assistance and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is great for exploring the city on foot but may not be ideal for a quiet night's sleep. The dining options are minimal and may require early ordering. Price-wise, it offers a convenient stay but noise levels can be disruptive during the night.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although very small, had everything I needed, were very clean, and the beds were super comfy. Being directly above a pub and night club was a bit noisy, but being at the quieter end of the building helped. The location was exactly what I wanted, very central and close to the coach station and canal, but don't expect much sleep with the lively atmosphere. The dining experience, which cost £3 per day, was basic with limited options and some miscommunication on breakfast availability. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel room was a bit small and lacked amenities for the price paid, needing some refreshing, but it had a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. The service was nice and helpful, and I particularly enjoyed the drag karaoke night. The location was perfect for exploring Manchester, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was basic with limited choices but reasonably priced. The hotel had clean facilities and was overall a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
